Bowling Party Guidelines

We want your bowling party to be fun and memorable. Please review our party guidelines so that you and your guests will have the best time possible. If you have any questions please feel free to ask at our Reception Desk.

You must give a 24 hour notice to make any adjustments to your party.

Make sure everyone arrives 15 to 20 minutes early. This will allow ample time to get shoes and bowling balls, and get set up on the lanes so your party is started at the scheduled time. Reminder: Your party is on a timer and will begin and end according to the time specified in your designated party package.
Payment should be made at the Reception Desk prior to the start of the party. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For your convenience there is an ATM cash machine located on the concourse by the Reception Desk.
Your party takes place at the tables behind your assigned lanes. At the conclusion of your party please make sure all personal items are removed from the settee area.
Bowling shoes must be worn at all times. In the event we do not have the correct sizes, we ask that the children wear soft, clean, white soled tennis shoes, or they may bowl in their socks.
For safety purposes only one person should be on the approach at a time.
Please keep hands out of and away from the ball return area.
Employees only past the foul line for safety purposes.

Bowling balls and pins sometimes get stuck on the lanes or pinsetter area. PLEASE DO NOT attempt to retrieve balls, pins, or any other items from the lane area. Assistance can be obtained by pressing the intercom button.
Restrooms are located on the concourse behind lanes 27 & 28.
You may bring in your own cake and ice cream, but no additional food or beverages may be brought into the bowling center.
