Hand position, arm swing & footwork
Basic four step approach
Angles for rolling strikes & spares

Week 1:

Approach (footwork & arm swing) / Order bowling balls

Week 2:

Approach (footwork & arm swing), strike shot / Ordering (last day to order) and fitting for bowling ball

Week 3:

Left hand spares / Fitting for bowling balls

Week 4:

Right hand spares / Balls arrive and drilling starts

Week 5:

Everyone receives their ball before class / Continue to work on strikes and spares / Behind the scenes tour of pinsetter machines
