Update: 2/10/2021

To Our Valued Customers,

First and foremost, we would like to thank all of you for your patience as we endured this extended break. As of yesterday, we were given the go ahead to reopen the facility under similar restriction to our brief opening in November. Although we can technically open as soon as this Friday (2/12/21) we need a couple of additional days to get things in order before welcoming customers back into the facility. Effective Sunday, February 14, we will reopen the facility at 12pm. Our hours of operation will be listed on our website and our google business page.

For those of you that started bowling leagues with us in November our plan is to resume those leagues as we left off beginning as soon as this Monday (2/15/21). There may be some things that need to be voted on due to the extended layoff, but our goal is to get everyone back to bowling as scheduled/planned in the league meeting back in November, essentially picking up where we left off.

The health and safety of our customers, staff, and our community always has and always will be of the utmost importance.  Please rest assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep our facility clean, sanitized, and setup in a way that allows our customers to patronize our establishment in a safe manner. We are actively working with the state authorities to assure we are following all safety and health measures, even as they evolve over time.

Thank you again for all your continued support.  We look forward to welcoming everyone back into the facility. Over the next few days as we begin bringing our staff back into the facility, it is still best to communicate with us via email.  We will have staff intermittently answering phones between now and when we reopen but will be continuously monitoring emails in the meantime.

Update: 12/1/2020

To Our Valued Customers,

As we approach the end of the so called “2-week freeze” imposed by the governor, we wanted to take this opportunity to update our customers on what we are hearing from the governing bodies.  Please keep in mind that this is our most current interpretation of the ever-changing stream of information coming down the pipeline.  As the “2-week freeze” comes to an end, the governor is introducing a new framework for counties.  This new framework consists of four risk level sectors ranging from low risk to extreme risk.  Our county, Washington County, is starting in the Extreme Risk category, which prohibits indoor entertainment establishments, such as ours, from opening.  Once our county is downgraded from extreme risk to the high-risk classification, we will be allowed to resume business as we were prior to the “2-week freeze”.  Additional information on this new framework can be found at https://govstatus.egov.com/OR-OHA-COVID-19. No specific timetable has been given, only that certain criteria must be met for counties to be downgraded through the classifications.

It is our understanding that we will be given a 7-day notice once Washington County reaches the criteria to be downgraded to a lower risk classification, thus allowing us to resume business as we were.  We will do our best to stay up on these ever-changing conditions so that we are able to relay the information to our customers.

Thank you again for all your continued support.  We will continue to do our part to be ready, yet again, when they let us reopen. Until then, we will have extremely limited staff on site to answer the phone.  If you need assistance with anything, it is best to contact one of the following people via email.

We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may cause. Your patience is much appreciated during these trying times.

Update: 11/15/2020

To Our Valued Customers,

First and foremost, thank you to everyone that has come out to show your support the last few weeks.  We were excited and ready to welcome everyone back. Everyone did their part to assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.  Although we all did our part to follow the guidelines, it seems it wasn’t enough to keep us open more than a few weeks.

As most of you have heard by now, the governor has yet again implemented restrictions that will require us to close our doors effective Wednesday November 18th. Business will continue as normal through Tuesday evening at 10pm when we close the doors.  All leagues will continue to bowl until that point, at which time we will put everything on “pause”.  Once we are given the OK to return to business as usual, we will pick up where we left off. We will address any changes that need to occur, as a result of the pause, once we are allowed to reopen.

Thank you again for all your continued support.  We will continue to do our part to be ready, yet again, when they let us reopen. Until then, we will have extremely limited staff on site to answer the phone.  If you need assistance with anything, please contact one of the following people via email.

Update: 10/26/2020

To Our Valued Customers,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their loyalty and continued support during this most challenging time. We are extremely grateful for the continued support we have received over the last 7 months.

As of October 22nd, the governor has moved bowling into phase one of the reopening plan in the tri-county area.  This has allowed us to be able to reopen our doors to our customers for all activities except our Jungle Maze indoor climbing structure. Although this allows us to reopen effective immediately, we need a few days to reorganize and re-train our staff, order in perishable supplies, and finalize the preparation of our facility.

The health and safety of our customers, staff, and our community always has and always will be of the utmost importance.  Please rest assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to keep our facility clean, sanitized, and setup in a way that allows our customers to patronize our establishment in a safe manner. We are actively working with the state authorities to assure we are following all safety/health measures, even as they evolve over time.

Although we will be allowed to reopen, it is important for our customers to understand that there are a significant number of restrictions that will affect our ability to operate in a manner many of you have become accustomed to.  There will be changes to our hours, the number of selections we can offer on the food and beverage side, the way we structure our leagues, plus a few other changes to our day-to-day operation. As always, we will continue to do everything we can to provide the level of service you all have come to expect. Please bear with us as we continue to navigate these difficult and ever-changing times.

Lastly, we are excited to get back business as (not so) normal. Beginning Monday, October 26th, we will have staff on-site to answer phones, respond to email inquiries, and finish preparing the facility. We are going to do everything we can to floor an adjusted league schedule for the fall and winter months. Additional information regarding leagues will be released via email and posted on our website in the next few days. Things are going to look and feel different for a while, but it’s time to get back to bowling. We look forward to seeing you all very soon!

Sincerely,
